Works like a clamp to add strength 1 3/8″ to 1 5/8″ oars. Stainless steel bolt. Install over rope, sleeves, or wrapping.

Small– Mounts directly on small-diameter shafts

Regular– Mounts directly on Carlisle or Cataract shafts
